Shipping Costs

All orders under $40 will incur a shipping fee ( from $8) for areas within Australia. We use Australia Post for all our shipping needs and a tracking number will be emailed to you to let you know when your goodies are on their way!

Delivery Times

All orders will be top priority and will be shipped within 2-3 days (if not sooner) of order being placed providing we have the stock available. Should the products ordered that are currently be out of stock or are not available, you will be contacted, and approximate ETA will be given of when to expect your order/ particular product.


To return your product please email us at for more information on how to and where to return your product. Please note that only full priced items may be returned, and no sale items will be refunded. Should you wish to return a full priced regular item, it must be in original condition including packaging. Unused and free from damage.

We do not refund or return products not in original condition or packaging, nor do we exchange or refund for change of mind. All returned items in damaged or used condition will be returned to the customer at your expense and will not be accepted.

Please check all shipping and contact details are correct as You Little Beauty Co. will not take responsibility for costs associated with incorrect details .

Salon Pick Ups

If you have chosen PICK up as your delivery shipping option, please contact us to arrange an appropriate pick up time in case we are in a treatment when you arrive at the salon.
